Service Dept help from Sales Consultant After having problems with my smart key, I stopped by Napleton's Kia for help. I met Chris Cayce and explained the situation. Easiest car buying experience ever! Chris Cayce did a fantastic job selling us our 2019 Kia Sorento. He was really knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles. I fell In love with it and bought it the same day. We didn't have to fight tooth and nail on the cost and we got a really great deal.
