So Nice, listened to exactly what I wanted!!! Chris King was my sales person and he was fantastic! I told him what I wanted and he took the time to make sure I was satisfied!! Fantastic Experience!! From the start of the car buying process, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Justin, our sales consultant, was very personable and I felt like I wa From the start of the car buying process, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Justin, our sales consultant, was very personable and I felt like I was dealing more with a friend or someone I had known for years, rather than a salesman (which wasn't the case at the other dealerships I went to). He wasn't pushy and was willing to discuss and look at any and all of the cars I wanted to. Ted, the sales manager came and checked on us during the process, which was nice. He made sure everything was going smooth and we were being well taken care of. Mike, the finance manager, was beyond nice and more than helpful. He clearly answered all of the questions I had about financing and more. I would HIGHLY recommend Napleton's Mid Rivers KIA for your new or used car purchase!! More
