Finally! A dealership that puts the customer first. Chris King and Tim Dodson went above and beyond what I expected from a delership team. Service with a smile and a true willingness to help the customer way beyond what I've seen at other dealers. This is how I would run a car dealership if I was in charge. The finance discussion with Mike Keiser was brief honest and without pressure. Lastly I was impressed with the sales manager Ted Hantak. He gets the credit for promoting the atmosphere that led to a very nice car buying experience, and what I feel was a very good deal. Jim VH More

Great sales staff! When we went to Napleton Kia, we had no idea what we were looking for. We have been driving SUVs for many years and just knew we wanted something diff When we went to Napleton Kia, we had no idea what we were looking for. We have been driving SUVs for many years and just knew we wanted something different. Jake Burris was kind enough to listen to us and took us on a few test drives. By the time we were done, we were driving away in a Kia K900 and couldn't be happier! In fact they made the process so smooth and made us feel so comfortable, we went back 2 weeks later and bought a new Kia Sorento! (We couldn't stand not having a nice SUV after all!) We highly recommend Jake Burris and the great staff at Kia Napleton! We will always check there first when shopping for cars in the future! More
