I am an older woman doing my own purchases & in the past have been treated like I was an idiot who should have her husband with her to 'translate', but my experience this time was very nice & easy & I was treated respectfully. I had been researching cars online for months, so I knew what I wanted. Roger answered all of my questions, took the time to show me all vehicle features & how they worked, & did not play the usual games that salesmen pull. He was upfront about everything.
