Mr. Burly assisted me on Sunday. I can say this was the absolute best most professional car buying experience I've had in a while. I am a single mother of 3 grown men now, and I've been in the car business absolute best most professional car buying experience I've had in a while. I am a single mother of 3 grown men now, and I've been in the car business. Very transparent and knowledgeable staff ( which is the most important in my opinion when making such a large purchase). I will be coming back for service. More
This was definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. ( And trust me I've purchased plenty of vehicles in my life) Since the moment I walked in everyone has been so friendly and professional, ever had. ( And trust me I've purchased plenty of vehicles in my life) Since the moment I walked in everyone has been so friendly and professional, able to answer all my questions. From Yadira to Maci and Mark my sales person everyone was great! I recommend anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle to visit them as they are very transparent and make you feel comfortable about your purchase. Also if you already know what you want, it's a quick purchase process. More
Classic bait and switch. They'll agree to a price and then give you your estimated payments. Then they'll tell you they're going to give you a military discount and save you some money so the payment goe then give you your estimated payments. Then they'll tell you they're going to give you a military discount and save you some money so the payment goes down. Sounds good, sign the paperwork. Review the paperwork and the so called military discount was to add a unexplained warranty and push the loan from 60 months to 75 months. Of course the payment went down. Save yourself some time and money! The fact that they used an unsolicited military discount to increase my overall payment disgusts me. Stay away from Joshua Mohon...0/10 would recommend. More
Worse place to buy used cars. This dealership lies about the cars advertised on dealership website and autotrader website. I drove 3.5 hours and tried to sell me a different car than the car description on the cars advertised on dealership website and autotrader website. I drove 3.5 hours and tried to sell me a different car than the car description on the website. If someone dont belive me go to their website and you will see different picture with different description. For example car is white on the picture and with technology pakage and description is black and base pakage. Do not trust what this dealership is selling. Very bad experience. More
Criminal dealership; masters at illegal "Bait and Switch". Liars, cheats, crooks. Keep far away from Napleton's. If you want to waste at least four hours plus travel time over two days and two tr Switch". Liars, cheats, crooks. Keep far away from Napleton's. If you want to waste at least four hours plus travel time over two days and two trips, experience levels of frustration and anger never before experienced in an auto dealership, and be the victim of an attempted textbook "Bait and Switch", which is illegal, then the Napleton Palm Beach Acura dealership is for you! We found the previously owned MDX we wanted in their online ad day before yesterday and called them yesterday morning. We made a color copy, so we had the actual ad with us. We called about it, verified it was still there, made an appointment, and went there ready to pay the advertised price of $29,189. Upon our arrival, the salesman had no idea if they had the car, where it was if they did, where the key was, and made eight different trips inside just to find out the basics. He finally reported to us after two miserable hours that the car had been sold. In this morning's online ad, the car was there, still for $29,189. We called, waited another 45 minutes for them to verify that the car was actually there, equipped with what was advertised it had, and for sale for their advertised price of $29,189, made another appointment, and again drove to Napleton's. We were finally assigned a salesman who once again couldn't find the car that had been verified was there, didn't know if they could sell it yet, couldn't find the keys, and had to have someone "run the numbers" once the car had finally been located. We were prepared to pay cash for full sticker price. After over two hours of waiting, we still had not seen the car. We kept reiterating to the salesman and another man whom we assume was a manager that the advertised sticker price was the valid price and we would pay it, so "running the numbers" was futile. They both blew off that statement each time we said it. We were lastly told that we couldn't have it for their advertised price. He told us that if we wanted that car, we'd have to pay at least $35,000 for it. We told the salesperson that it was auto dealer fraud to do to us or anyone what they just tried to do. I told him we were going to file reports against them. We left. Tomorrow morning I will file with our state consumer protection agency and the Federal Trade Commission, any other consumer agency that I can, and will leave this feedback anywhere I can. I've never had to report a company before, but this company well deserves it. More

Stay Away!!! xxxx sales tactics cost me money even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle. This is the kind of car dealership you always hear horror stories about. First visit I was able to negotiate a decent pr I didn’t purchase a vehicle. This is the kind of car dealership you always hear horror stories about. First visit I was able to negotiate a decent price on a used car. Then I found a documented accident on the vehicle history that was not on the Carfax I was provided. I didn’t blame Napletons for this discrepancy, but after further experiences it does seem to fit what they try to do here. I ultimately didn’t purchase the vehicle, but in an attempt to keep me on the hook they somehow “lost” my drivers license. I should have just called the police right then and there, but I ended up leaving without my license. They promised it would be sent to me but now apparently no one remembers when I call or text. I ended up purchasing a new license myself. After all of this I figured maybe it was an honest mistake and I went back to look at another used vehicle. This is where I realized just what kind of place this really is. This salesperson was totally different and could have cared less that I wanted to buy a vehicle. He told me the price you see online means nothing. He added $4500 in non-required fees and refused to negotiate a single penny without even looking up the stock number of the vehicle I wanted. At this point I walked away and will keep shopping elsewhere. More
