I give Napleton Palm Beach Acura 0 Stars! I called them ad emailed them about an Acura RDX that is still showing up on every car website that is non-existent. I scheduled an appointment. I drove an hour to get there for my scheduled appointment and the car didn't exist. First it was already sold and then I was told it was sold a few weeks ago. So why wasn't I told that on the phone when I scheduled the appointment or when they text me 3 times to make sure I was still coming. They even sent me a video of the exact car I was supposed to see. The car is still being advertised as for sale! False Advertising at it's Best!!! More

I called to buy a 2017 Porsche 911 for $75k. I even got put on hold when I called at 7:55pm, for 5 minutes then I was hung up on and could not call back because they knew their phones shut off at 8pm. They also continuously would tell me that it's too busy in the store to talk with me. I tried again this morning and TWICE Inwas told ainwas being sent over to a manager waiting to talk. Both times i was hung up on or got a voice-mail. Too busy to talk with someone trying to spend 75k? Unbelievable that ANY business would treat a customer this way. If I could leave zero stars I would. Stay away. More
