My husband and I have been looking for a new car for a few months now. We went to Napelton's in Schaumburg just to look at a newer Buick LaCrosse and were greatly surprised and pleased with the customer s few months now. They went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for, happily showed us many different vehicles, and we ended up finding the perfect car for us, a 2011 Buick LaCrosse, which is an amazing car! Not only was the service great, but they really worked with us to reach a great and fair price that was within our budget! We also added a service package that was a steal and such an amazing value compared to many of the other packages we have seen at different dealerships. Overall we had a wonderful experience!
