I cant help you if there is no way to contact you , Especially since I have reached out to every Mercedes customer that has serviced with us and whom had an appointment in the past 12 months since I received your first bad review Please give me a call so that we can speak about this, we take concerns like yours very seriously Please give me a call 321-430-2342 This is a copy of my google response from the 1st also I am sorry, I attempted to look you up in the system, but I don't have a Mercedes that we have done an oil change on for this past week and the ones we have completed I have reached out to each customer and they stated they had great experiences, so please help me make contact with you . Addressing your issues, we use a Full Mobil Synthetic oil that can be used on all brands. There is no oil that is specifically MB or VW ( the manufacturer recommends oil brands and sometimes will brand an oil as their own, but its normally either Mobil or Castrol). The grades always vary between 0W20/ 10-30/ 5-40 etc....but those are based on models and what is recommended to use by the dedicated manufacturer. We do service all vehicles and want to assist you, and work this out Please, call me directly on my cell at your earliest convenience 321-430-2342..... Thanks for reaching out. It was just an honest response after my experience. Your dealership was very active trying to get me in but once that happened never followed up or was clear on the car’s availability. If it sold to someone else better to just be upfront about that. I had purchased a previous vehicle there. - Sean
