I purchased a truck from Napleton on May 26th. The sale went smooth and l couldn't be happier with my vehicle. The only glitch was that l left my garage door opener o The sale went smooth and l couldn't be happier with my vehicle. The only glitch was that l left my garage door opener on the visor of the car that l traded in and l live 95 miles away from the dealer. You would think that this would be an easy issue to resolve but after 2 weeks of getting little or no help from my salesman, l was finally put in touch with Felicia (sorry l don't know her title but she works in the office...and gets things done.). I spoke with Felicia, she put me on a brief hold then told me that they have the garage door opener and it will be FedEx to me...2 days later l received it. Thank You Felicia! More

He coordinated a local drop off/pick up with Joey (who was amazing) the shuttle driver while my car was being fixed. The service was completed promptly, and Jacob kept me informed throughout.
