Fair price and courteous responsive salesperson. Got a good deal on the financing. I bought it online, and they drove it down to me in Baton Rouge. Everything was fine up until now over 3 weeks later, and I still have not received my permanent license plate and registration. It has been a huge hassle, and now the last temporary tag they mailed me has expired!! I called earlier this week, and they claimed they had the plate, but the post office had sent it back to them claiming the address was wrong?? I confirmed the address with one of their employees. I then requested the plate be sent via FEDEX or UPS to make sure I received it before the weekend. The person I spoke to said their supervisor would not approve overnight delivery because it cost $23 more than USPS. Penny wise and pound foolish as the experience has left them with a dissatisfied customer. More
