We hate to hear that about the problems with your truck and that it's been stuck in a service department. We understand how that can be frustrating. However, we don't believe that your rating/review is a fair representation of your experience with Natchez Ford. We've been clear and transparent in what the issue here is. Ford Motor Company is currently unable to supply us an engine to repair the truck. There isn't anything that we at the dealership level can do to change that. We share your frustration at this situation, we regret that you mistakenly believe leaving us an inaccurate 1 star review will do anything to remedy it.
