What I thought was going to be a nightmare actually ended on a positive note. I recently purchased a 15 Chevy Cruze from the dealership that gave me problems on several different occasions. Chase the service manager was always polite and quick to help me the two times I brought the vehicle in for repairs. The last issue was very alarming and I was considered for my safety and anyone who may be riding with me. I brought the concern to Chase attention and followed up with an email to the sales manager and general manager. After explaining my concerns in a respectful manner must I add, I was give the opportunity to change vehicles. Fmy experience with the dealership showed me respect for the individual goes a long way. We were able to communicate with each other and resolve the issue. I am forever grateful for the quick response from staff. More

I have been with National Auto Sales for almost 2 years I have been with National Auto Sales for almost 2 years now and never in the last 2 years have I ever been disrespected as I was today. From the sta I have been with National Auto Sales for almost 2 years now and never in the last 2 years have I ever been disrespected as I was today. From the start of me getting my car with the company, I have made my payments on time. It wasn't until this past September when I lost my job that my payments started to slack. Whenever I knew I was going to be late, I would call the location to let them know. Always had a nice experience as well, I would let them know the situation and they would help make that arrangement. Currently I am 16 days late on a payment, I just made one today(11/22/21) and planned on making one tomorrow as well to help me catch up, but in the process of me making a payment I got one of the late payment texts from the company and I was just blown away by what I read. Usually the text messages are nice and generally mean well, but lately they have been a little out of hand. Not only do I get multiple messages a day from different numbers, but the messages are belittling to me. They constantly explain how I need to clean out my car because they are coming to repose it, or they threaten me with an arrest warrant. For a while I just brushed them off because they knew about the arrangements, but I cant simply sit back and let them harass me like this anymore. After I got the message about the warrant today, I called the location simply to ask why the messages were so harsh. When the woman who I'm assuming is the receptionist answered the phone, I explained my issue to her and afterwards it was silent for about 10 seconds. She came back laughing and said okay, I shocked that she found amusement in my situation. I proceeded to ask to speak to anyone that could potentially just give me an answer about these text messages I have been receiving. I get transferred to Ira the GM, the way this man started speaking to me was unreal especially for someone in his position. He was rude, spoke to me with such anger in his voice, so much hostility. I explained to him how I felt I was being harassed by the messages that his employees are sending out. All he could say to me is "No one is harassing you", "You owe me money", "until you pay me my money, you will keep feeling this way", "money, money, money". I cant stress enough how much this affected me emotionally. You never ever know what someone is going through, or how your words can and will affect them. Thankfully for my situation I'm not the only one who has had problems with Ira. If it wasn't for the internet then I wouldn't have known his name. After he was done yelling at me, I proceeded to ask for his name and he hung up on me. Nothing like that has ever happened to me and I pray it never has to happen again. I have lost all trust and respect for the company. Never again will I recommend anyone to buy a car from National Auto Sales. Something needs to happen to Ira as well, he should not be aloud to talk to customers the way he does and get away with it. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! More

Most Compassionate Dealership Ever!!! We were going through a ruff time with another car we purchased from another dealership (a lemon that costed us 20,000.00)! Although we had this existing issue, Joe at national auto sales got us approved! Not only did he get us into a really nice vehicle, he also got his manager to drop the price of the car to help us out with our budget!!! At national auto sales, their goal is not to just sell cars. It’s to make sure their customers succeed and over come any trying times they may be experiencing while getting you into a vehicle that you really love and enjoy! I absolutely love this place! Don’t buy cars from National Auto Sales or Century Lending 2 First I was sold a car that was known by the dealership to be in no condition to be driven. If you are considering buying a car from this dealership br aware they will sell you a car with real life threatening issues with zero remorse. Next the finance company they work with Century Lending 2. They are completely unprofessional and I’ve been forced to file a complaint with the BBB due to their actions. They have left several Derogatory and threatening voicemails on my phone. They have threatened to send police after me with zero reason to do so. They have left voicemails being very disrespectful to my character over 1 missed payment. They intentionally attempt to Intimidate me, degrade me, and bring fear to my life. The actions they have taken are over the lines of harassment and violate the federal debt collection procedures act and I have taken the necessary steps to report these claims. Be aware of who you purchase a vehicle from and steer clear of this dealership and their lending company. More

Would Do it Again I like that the process was smooth.
