The best experience I ever had I was shopping for a used car with limited credit because of my previous purchase at a different dealership that hunted me... I have been to multiple dealerships and they were trying to take advantage of me, until I spoke to TARIK @ National Motors Waldorf MD and he has been above & beyond helpful. Than another manager Gaby the nice lady, helped me out with the financing. Over all this was the B E S T customer service on a used car purchase in my entire life. Mike was at the door when I arrived and greeted me immediately once I walked in. He asked if I was being helped and what I was coming in for. He immediately took care of getting the appraisal process started. Once I was entered into the computer he took me over to the waiting area. I sat and played on my ipad and phone in the interim. He came about 15 mins later to give me an update that they were wrapping things up and I should be done soon. 10 minutes later he came over with the offer and his business card and told me to give him a call once I decide what I want to do. Great hassle free experience! More
