Slow and unreliable service. Took vehicle in to the service department. Car sat in parking lot for 13 days before the service department even looked at it. Called several times to check on the vehicle and there was no answer. Either they are extremely understaffed or they dont have good processes in place to get to the vehicles in a timely manner. I dont know how anyone can go without their car for almost two weeks. Allens Automotive in Jacksonville and Cliffs Car Care in Swansboro have ALWAYS gotten to our car either the same day its dropped off or the following day and provide great, reliable service. I DO NOT recommend the Jacksonviole Dodge dealerships servicing department and will not consider this dealership or the servicing department in the future for any of our vehicles. More
Yesterday we worked with Brian and let me tell you it was the most seamless amazing experience! We went in looking for a used, reliable, suv but to be honest with our credit history, several rejections, push the most seamless amazing experience! We went in looking for a used, reliable, suv but to be honest with our credit history, several rejections, pushy salesmen, and less than desirable vehicles offered to us at other places, I was nearly ready to give up on the hunt and look into buying online. We had found a vehicle online yesterday that seemed to fit our needs but we went in thinking it would unfortunately be another no go. However, Brian worked so hard to make sure we drove off the lot in something we loved! He was able to get us approved and not only did he get us approved he got us a payment that was less than we were expecting with a couple perks! We did not have our own insurance and had no idea where to even start, once again he went the extra mile and hooked us up with someone who got us affordable great coverage as well yesterday! He literally done all the leg work while we set back and was able to relax. I was so nervous going in but he continued to be reassuring, never made any fake promises, he was transparent, and explained everything in detail. I'm so grateful for him and honestly after having not the best experiences over the years of buying used and new cars, Brian has definitely changed my opinion on in person buying! He's amazing and I highly suggest him and this establishment!!! Everyone we encountered yesterday was kind and supportive. Thank you for working with us and getting us in a SUV we absolutely adore!! Communication was excellent, and I was kept well informed throughout the process. My only concern was that a secondary issue—identified during the initial diagnostic test—was not addressed until after the ta throughout the process. My only concern was that a secondary issue—identified during the initial diagnostic test—was not addressed until after the tank had already been reinstalled. This resulted in the tank needing to be removed again, leading to additional labor costs and higher out-of-pocket expenses.Not sure if it could have been identified sooner or not.
