I purchased a 2015 X3 BMW on June 28th and the turbocharger west gate actuator was apparently broken when purchased thus creating a loss of power. The warranty purchased from the sales person wil turbocharger west gate actuator was apparently broken when purchased thus creating a loss of power. The warranty purchased from the sales person will not cover the cost because they say it rusted and is maintenance . When this problem was brought to the dealer attention under 1000 miles had been driven and it was less than 40 days of purchase and I feel that management should stand behind their product and fix the SUV. This is terrible customer service and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. As a business it’s appears great but after the financier part is completed the issue with service is absolutely unacceptable…. More

My experience with National Motors have been outstanding. They listen to our needs and wants. They treated us like family. We left feeling great about our deal. I am editing this remark at this time because, the dealer agreed to replace an item on my jeep I bought and send it to my home a month later and multiple text messages with our salesmen but still no product have been delivered. I still agree with what I wrote, although I would recommend to receive everthing from them before you leave. It seems as though once they have the money, they seem to not follow through with there end of the agreement. I am more then willing to reevaluate this review. It will depend on how this issue gets resolved. More
