I bet if you Wiki Frank Chester of Nationwide Infiniti, it will define him as the definition of what above and beyond customer service is all about. Even since my initial interest in the Q50 this Spring, I it will define him as the definition of what above and beyond customer service is all about. Even since my initial interest in the Q50 this Spring, I have been back and forth with Frank and he has been nothing but a man of his word and keeping me totally in the loop with the car and when it is set to finally be available. He took any questions or concerns and if he didn't know the answer, he would thoroughly research it with his colleagues or Infiniti corporate. He is very proactive and a true gentleman, does not fit the mold of what one would expect a typical car salesman to be and he has my business locked! I live in Virginia more than an hour away from this dealership but after my extensive research, their was none that matched this level of customer service and value. The dealership offers free oils changes, engine coverage, car wash and even manicures if one is so inclined. Who does that!? Nationwide does, go here, ask for Frank and you will not regret and will find your dealer for life! More

Getting the G37 was a celebration after my husband got word that he was getting the promotion he was trying for. Timonium is a little out of our way, but it was well worth the trip! Frank in finance really made me feel better about the whole thing- the promotion is in the bag but we won't get paid for it yet. The price he quoted me on the phone was the price I paid, and not a penny more. When the sales associate contacted me, I was even more impressed! He attempted to get me an even better deal than I was already getting. I was pleased that he tried even though his efforts failed. I was getting a great deal anyways so it was not an issue. The car was detailed to showroom new and the service from each person I dealt with was incredible! I will return service without a question.The best car buying Ive ever had!!!!! More

When to have recall service done, Made appointment 3 wks before the date that I went to the dealership. When I got there they gave me a loaner for the time that I was out there,they told me to put about th before the date that I went to the dealership. When I got there they gave me a loaner for the time that I was out there,they told me to put about the same amount of gas that was already in the car. They told me it would be most of the day, I dropped the car off at approx, 9 am . The service tech called me at 2:30, and told me that they couldn't do the work today because they never had the parts, "they were on national back order." They would have to order the parts and rescehule my appointment for another day,in which I need to take another day of of work. This was very inconvient for me to drive 25 miles one way and to take a day off work that I didn't get paid for. More
