Service not as important as sale I purchased my 2017 warrantied Fusion here. With 29,000 miles I experienced batterty failure and was told it was not covered. Not true 3yr/ 36 covers I purchased my 2017 warrantied Fusion here. With 29,000 miles I experienced batterty failure and was told it was not covered. Not true 3yr/ 36 covers it. 48 hrs later I expirienced electrical malfunctions. I was told they were too busy to help with my one and only vehicle and there were no loaners available. I was told to try a dealer down the road. I was able to reach a sales manager who told me to come in and I would be helped but then found that he had been fired when he arrived at work just before I arrived. I waited to be seen in service but ignored for 30 minutes. No one ever came to speak to me after I was directed to wait for a specific service employee. I stopped to speak with the GM on my way out. GM offered assistance after I complained but not sincerely. I called another Ford dealership that was happy to help. More

JOB DONE HAD AN EMERGENCY,BROKEN DRIVE SHAFT,HAD THE TRUCK TOWED TO NAZARETH FORD. THEY TOOK IT INSIDE AND INSTANTLY NOTIFIED ME OF THE PROBLEM. After he did the state inspection, the regular checkup,and alignment he explained what he did. We took our car to Ford they next day after the last snow storm last week. Why then was I charged $24.91 (lower that normal, I realize) for the "concern" emissions test? More
