I waited 8 months to write this review I wanted to wait before I wrote my review, in case I was sold a duct-taped lemon or something... I most definitely was not. Nearly every flaw about this vehicle was disclosed before I ever made the 3 hour drive over there (there weren't many). The experience was painless from them, they even helped in discussions with our insurance companies. A day after I bought it the check engine came on for an 02 sensor (which was covered under the vehicle's original warranty) but they said if for any reason it wasn't to just send them the bill and they would be happy to pay for any repairs. I have zero complaints, the vehicle has been flawless and I was offered $7000 MORE than what I paid by another dealership just to buy it from me outright (which I declined). I would happily do business with them again, they truly are who they say they are and stand by what they sell. Great company overall! More

We schedule a visit with Alan, he was courteous and friendly, ride the car and it was like they said, in a very good condition. Then Reggie was involved doing his magic and I got my credit in short time and Derek took care of the final paperwork and I become a happy customer. The deal was good, they gave me a fair price for my trade-in car, and again, the car I bought was as described by them, in a really nice condition. I recommend doing business with them, totally. Great experience!!! I found a car on the internet that was priced much less than the Orlando area where I live. Having many unpleasant experiences with dealers, I expect I found a car on the internet that was priced much less than the Orlando area where I live. Having many unpleasant experiences with dealers, I expected a catch or to find that particular car wasn't in inventory in order to be pushed into a different vehicle. I called the dealer and spoke to Fernando who took the time to send me a variety of cell phone pictures of the car and put me more at ease with some history of the dealership. The car was for my son so we decided to make the 3 hour drive from Orlando. Fernando met us on his day off and far exceeded our expectations. Zack helped us with the contract and financing. For the first time, I felt if I found a dealership based on honesty and integrity as opposed to the typical hard sell and games played elsewhere. I would definitely recommend and would make the 6 hour round trip again for such service! More

Sleaky and cheats I have never experienced a WORST service that I got from them. First we made an appointment, and the seller, Brian, forgot we were coming. They were unwilling to negotiate a penny on the price of the car, but in the end we agreed at a certain price. We went through the financing process and they have a partnership with a certain bank, because they claim that was the ONLY one that financed me at a ridiculous rate, when I found two other banks that would finance me with less $ down and half of the rate. The drop that drove me over the edge: I asked them to send me the paper of the price so I could get my loan moving with one of the other places and because I didn't get their loan, THEY RAISED the price of the car! they now say they cannot sell at the agreed price. Well, they can keep their car and their star seller Brian and their even more sleak manager. More
