We had a terrible day and were needing a nice dependable vehicle to use for caregiving reasons and boy did they deliver! We couldn't get there like we had arranged in fact it was so late by the time things worked out they were almost ready to close but they stayed and waited patiently for us to get there. We thought they would by upset but they were so kind. Grant walked us through the vehicle and showed us everything. He even took us on a test drive like we had all the time in the world to make this decision. Even doing the financial part was made enjoyable when we got the privilege to work with Daniel. The whole process was Smith and fulfilling. That was the dream but more than anything Megan helped us every step of the way from issues with the vehicle to the prices to info on getting a warranty. RUDE MECHANIC!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET SERVICE WORK DONE AT THIS LOCATION. THERE WAS A MIS COMMUNICATION WITH MY A/C GETTING FIXED. I ASKED THEM TO CHEC I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET SERVICE WORK DONE AT THIS LOCATION. THERE WAS A MIS COMMUNICATION WITH MY A/C GETTING FIXED. I ASKED THEM TO CHECK MY A/C AND SAID I BELIEVE IT WAS THE BLOWER BUT WASNT SURE TO PLEASE CHECK IT. I PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND GOT IN MY CAR AND THE A/C WASN'T WORKING STILL. I WENT BACK INSIDE AND TOLD THEM IT WASNT WORKING...THE TECH AND SERVICE MGR ALONG WITH THE MECHANIC CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT. THE TECH OFFERED TO LET ME KEEP THE LOANER WHILE THEY FIX WHAT WAS WRONG. BUT THE MGR SAID NO.I WAS UPSET BUT I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHY IT WASN'T FIXED. THE MECHANIC LOOKED AT ME VERY ANGRILY AND SPOKE VERY RUDE TO ME IN FRONT OF HIS MGR AND TECH.AT THIS POINT I DIDNT LIKE HOW HE SPOKE TO ME AND THE MGR DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO HIM ABOUT HOW HE WAS RUDE TO ME. THE MGR DID GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T FIX IT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE A/C CONTROL HEAD ANYMORE. More
