Very enjoyable I contacted Nelson Nissan on a Saturday letting them know I would be there the following Monday to look at a vehicle if it didn't sell before then. Th I contacted Nelson Nissan on a Saturday letting them know I would be there the following Monday to look at a vehicle if it didn't sell before then. They called me Monday morning before getting on the road to let me know the vehicle was still there, which was awesome so didn't waste a 5 hour round trip! Once we got there, Craig had the jeep pulled up front and ready for a test drive. Craig was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. From ding to dong I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Tom the finance manager and Nathan the desk manager took really great care of me. Last week the Versa we purchased two years ago had a transmission problem. We took it to Jason in the service department and received a new transmission with a small deductible because of the warranty we purchased. Saved us $3700!! All in all, we have had great success with the Nelson team and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new Nissan. More
