Nemer CJDR, Queensbury, NY entered a false service record for my truck, showing a 2026 service at 2,366 miles. My truck was never there for this service. I live in Florida and never driven to Queensbury, NY for my truck, showing a 2026 service at 2,366 miles. My truck was never there for this service. I live in Florida and never driven to Queensbury, NY for service. My buyer’s order shows 18,563 miles in 2025, and my Mopar warranty paperwork shows 20,311 miles in early 2026. Their entry made by Nemer CJDR Queensbury is clearly false, and they refuse to fix it. Very careless record handling or something else going at the service department. More
