From the moment we walked in the front door until the moment she drove off the lot in the new (to her) Honda Civic she had a very positive experience. Nathan explained the process every step of the way and made sure she was getting everything she wanted in a car as it’s a very big investment. Nate even stayed late to help us setup her apple car play and Bluetooth in the car, as well as give us a thorough rundown of every feature in her car prior to her driving off the lot.
