I had a very good experience with nemer. overall happy with everything. When I bought my jeep the top was broken they promplty had this fixed. I had brought it back as it continued to leak. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Jen. Very personable, friendly and knowledgable. I do not remember the young mans name that I also spoke with that works along side Jen. He too was friendly, and both very professional. Whenever I have found myself in need of service I have felt very confident in returning to Nemer for all of my needs in regards to our 2006 Town and Country. Every time I have been in for service they were timely in bringing my vehicle in, work has always been excellent and I have never felt that the price was over the top. Vehicle maintenance is very comparible to others in the area and I just love the Service Comparible Valuable Bulletin Board On the wall to the right as soon as you enter into the Service Dept. I am given email reminders when sevices or inspections are do which is a great feature offered through Nemer as we all have and live very busy lives and its easy to forget and time slips by so it helps keep not just me in the know but keeps my vehicle in top running condition as it is kept up with scheduled recommended care. Doctors could take lessons in training for excellent personal Customer care for thier clients (Patients) from Nemer! Needless to say my overall expience has been Superb in every aspect, from the showroom, to the service dept and parts. I went looking for a Dodge straight shift truck. Nemer was the ONLY place within 250 miles to have one that was for sale. When I got there the sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. To this day I am still dumbfounded that I ordered my truck the way that I wanted it for the price I paid! I had automotive salespeople from all over the country e-mailing me after I "built my dream truc truck the way that I wanted it for the price I paid! Low and behold I took the 5 mile trip to my local Dodge dealership who blew the bottom right out of all their quotes! I know one of the salespeople at Nemer personally so when I visited I located Vern Potter to set up the sale. He looked over the info on the truck that I wanted, informed me of any incentives Chrysler was running and computed a price that didn't need negotiating. It was a done deal in less than an hour. The best part of it all is the fact that I am dealing with a local dealership that keeps the money I spent local while providing the scheduled maintenance just a short distance from my house. Speaking of maintenance, my appointments have always been scheduled by a courteous desk person along with knowledgeable mechanics who have taken the time to explain any issues with me. More
