I bought a rental repurchase 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab in Dec of 2009, had a plow transferred from my 2008 Ram 1500, had to wait almost a month for that to be done. I had tires and wheels swapped and had trouble with the tpms,had to drive 125 miles 2 times and still wasn't right. Had a rusty bumper on front and was told it was out of adjustment and that was just the way they come from the factory, and nothing could be done. I have since Traded my Ram and purchased a GMC Sierra. I had been a loyal Dodge customer up until my last two Rams, which were more of a headache than enjoyable to own. I have given you a no rating because of the lack of caring I received from your service department. More

Overall experience is average. Your service staff was friendly and professional, as is any and all service departments I've visited in the last 10 years. However, some of the other service departments have went as far as not only cleaning the exterior of the vehical, but vacuuming the interior. Above and beyond services not included at Nemer. Also, I normally have my oil change done by another shop where I always have a cupon for 29.95. This is the price regardless of the amount of oil my car needs. Nemer sent me a similar cupon, but when I went to pay I was charged an additional 10 dollars because "my car required more oil".... sorry Charlie, but that doesn't cut it with me. I am back to my original oil change place. More
