Went in for 50,000 mile service, and to have the brakes replaced. Received a call, did not have to change brakes, they didn't just go ahead and replace them. My husband was trying to make my day, and he picked out a dodge journey for me, without driving it . We brought it home, and found that a 4 cilinder was not for us . I telephoned the dealership to speak with the service manager as I had locked my keys in my vehicle! The service manager was with another customer, but Tanner, instead of referring me to voice mail or t manager as I had locked my keys in my vehicle! The service manager was with another customer, but Tanner, instead of referring me to voice mail or taking a message, asked me if he could assist me. I told Tanner that I was not a dealership customer, but explained my problem and he immediately was helpful, instructing me to obtain my jeep's VIN number and call him back so that he could get a "door key" cut. After providing my VIN number, Tanner had called me back within 30 minutes to tell me he would have my key delivered to my office by the dealership runner. The dealership runner was also very helpful opening my door with the "door key" that had been made and explaining to me how it could not be used in the ignition. Excellent customer service by this dealership. More
