The sales person that handled the sale of a used vehicle for my daughter was extremely helpful and coordinated the purchase well. Went in for 50,000 mile service, and to have the brakes replaced. Received a call, did not have to change brakes, they didn't just go ahead and replace them. We have had our Dodge Minivan since I was pregnant with my son. Each and every time I take it in for service. I feel completely taken care of by Jen and the other members of the service dept. She not onl my son. Each and every time I take it in for service. I feel completely taken care of by Jen and the other members of the service dept. She not only knows me but knows my son (who is now 3). She and the other Employees are always courteous to both us of and make us feel welcome & comfortable. During the times that I have need additional work, I was treated fairly with explaination and pricing! All work has either held up with quality work. I telephoned the dealership to speak with the service manager as I had locked my keys in my vehicle! The service manager was with another customer, but Tanner, instead of referring me to voice mail or t manager as I had locked my keys in my vehicle! The service manager was with another customer, but Tanner, instead of referring me to voice mail or taking a message, asked me if he could assist me. I told Tanner that I was not a dealership customer, but explained my problem and he immediately was helpful, instructing me to obtain my jeep's VIN number and call him back so that he could get a "door key" cut. After providing my VIN number, Tanner had called me back within 30 minutes to tell me he would have my key delivered to my office by the dealership runner. The dealership runner was also very helpful opening my door with the "door key" that had been made and explaining to me how it could not be used in the ignition. Excellent customer service by this dealership. More
