My experience at Kia Nemet was horrible. The sales person, Ernest, that I was dealing with was impossible to reach over the phone. He never answered my questions unless I threatened to walk. They were never accommodating. When I told Douglas to give me back my deposit, he told me that no other bank would approve me because of a low credit score. I drove about 1 mile west to Hillside Honda, where I had the greatest experience with a salesman named Mario and a trainee named Jessica. They were pleasant, accommodating, and sensitive to my needs. They got me into a brand new lease the same day. STAY AWAY FROM NEMET!!!!!! More

The price paid for the vehicle was great. There were complications upon pick-up. Before arriving, I asked the salesman for the check amount to bring. He told me to just come with my checkbook & writ complications upon pick-up. Before arriving, I asked the salesman for the check amount to bring. He told me to just come with my checkbook & write the check when I was there. After I was dropped off, I was told a personal check was not accepted. I was advised to walk to a near TD Bank Branch. After I walked the 30 blocks there, they were closed. I then went back to the dealership & was told they would not accept my credit card. They also would not do an electronic transfer of the money. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT!!! Finally, they financed the car to me so that I would not be stranded at the dealership. When I finally recieved the car, the salesman was not familier with the car features & options & told me to just keep researching the owner's manuel. UNBELIEVABLE. My father also purchased the same vehicle & picked it up a week later. He encountered the same lack of knowledge from the salesman & the Kia dealership. More
