I have purchased numerous vehicles from Network Auto over the past 12 years and would, and will not, hesitate to purchase another when the opportunity presents itself. Auto shopping expereriences from other dealers over the years has been as pleasant as getting a root-canal but I've never felt that way with Clayton. His approach is completely one of "no-pressure" which is very rare in this business. He will allow the vehicle to sell itself so if it doesn't feel right to the buyer; so be it. There's none of this "well, what would it take to get you to buy this vehicle?" as exists with most all other dealers. Clayton will go as far to inquire as to what type of vehicle you may be looking for or desire and he will do his best to seek out what you want. I will do business with Clayton Joiner in the future. My first used car was purchased through Network Auto source. I had purchased a car for my boss from Network and he was happy with the ease of the purchase so I decided to get my car from here. The staff did everything they could to work with me and make sure the vehicle was in full working condition. When something went wrong with the car, the staff made sure I got to a good mechanic that was very reasonably priced. I then traded this vehicle in and bought another from Network. Yet again the experience was smooth, low pressure and easy. A few years later I decided to change from a car to a minivan and yet again, another great experience. I unfortunately live in another state and hesitate to buy a used car from anywhere but Network. If you want a car and don't want to be pressured into something, go here!! The staff is wonderful and I have been happy with every purchase I have made there! More

Theyre out their everyday, open and willing to work with customers find the right car and within their budget. ***WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!*** I have given this rating because I just bought a used car 10/2011 and now it has 3 oil leaks (that they can see, so much oil everywhere)there might be more,check this rating because I just bought a used car 10/2011 and now it has 3 oil leaks (that they can see, so much oil everywhere)there might be more,check engine light came on and it's the EGR sylinoid and diaphram (might have more vacume leaks), mileage jumps up just sitting there, broken motor mount, broken transmission mount, broken radiator brackets and a junk yard motor. Have to pay Mitsubishi dealership to fix problems over 2000$ and it's just the beginning. Network Auto Source would not help me fix any of these problems or help pay for the diagnosis from Mits dealer. They say they have guaranteed used autos...not!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! What a ripp off, they saw me coming and ripped off a girl. They will ripp off their own mother! They say they have a mechanic check out the cars, and that these cars are guaranteed and to trust them, nope not a real certified mechanic. They are liars! I wish I would have never gone to them!! Now I'm stuck with a broken car. With the economy now, money is very hard to come by and with no car = no work = no $ More

Let me begin by saying that I've bought a number of cars in my life, and I've never met anyone as HONEST & ETHICAL as Clayton, the owner of Network Auto. We purchased a 45 year old car (1966 Mustang Convertible) that had a few issues; Clayton made an offer to have his mechanic fix these issues, if we accepted the full asking price. We agreed to those terms, and the car went to the shop. Well, the car didn't come back as fixed as Clayton or I thought it should, so he sent it to another guy. I live in Littleton, so when we discovered a few days after picking it up that it still wasn't right, Clayton DROVE DOWN to Littleton to pick it up and take it back! When finished it still wasn't right, so I recommended a shop in Lakewood, and Clayton DELIVERED it to them! The Pony is in tip-top shape, and my respect for this dealer couldn't be higher! Clayton never wavered in his commitment to making the deal right, and never complained about what had to be his commission shrinking every time it went to a different mechanic! I recommend that anyone looking for a used car from an HONEST and ETHICAL dealer should look at Clayton's inventory to see if there's something that interests you. I know I will! Told me they checked out the vehicle by their local mechanic.... B.S.! There was not a drop of coolant for the engine in the vehicle when I drove it off the lot. Now my head gasket is blown as a result mechanic.... B.S.! There was not a drop of coolant for the engine in the vehicle when I drove it off the lot. Now my head gasket is blown as a result. Also there was practically no oil. I need 1,500 dollars in front end work. The parking brake is broken. All kinds of features that they list for the car don't even work. 4 lights are broken. 1 window won't roll up. Power side mirrors don't work.... The point is they listed all of these as vehicle features without checking to see if they even function. They didn't clean the inside or outside of the vehicle before purchase and it was covered in dog hair... Obviously I knew THAT when i bought it, but it's a turn off. Basically they just took a used car off the street, stuck it on their lot without inspecting, and made an extremely dishonest sale. I've been quoted 3,600 in work for the car, I payed 4,000 for it. The owners are never around to confront about issues, convenient right? Was supposed to receive my title by mail within 2 weeks, it's been over a month and I still don't have it. Just take my advice and Never Ever go there!!!!! Never never never support these dishonest xxxx bags... I hope I can save someone time and money by reading this. Network auto source is a nightmare. When I went back to try to find the owners, instead I found the lady who sold me my car... She's quitting in a couple days.... Tired of working for dishonest people.... Well she could have told me that the day I gave her all my cash... I'm sure she got a piece. She says not to be angry with her.... Sounds like a con artist to me. She may even be the owner.
