Honest, courteous,dependable I was in need of another vehicle and was told of never say no auto from a friend... after arriving at the car lot , much to my relief I found that the I was in need of another vehicle and was told of never say no auto from a friend... after arriving at the car lot , much to my relief I found that the staff were actually everything that they had been represented as being.... fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and not the average overbearing, pushy, annoying, car salesman that your used to, I was given the ability to look at the different vehicles that were were on the lot at my own pace, not rushed or hurded to where the best deal for " them " was sitting, any questions that I had were answered honestly, quickly, and without having to ask and go through several people before given to me . In my humble opinion, this is the way that real business should be done, not looking at the bottom line and cracking a whip at everyone to reach that goal. This has been the first good experience that I have had in years when wanting to purchase a vehicle, and I feel that all of your employees , if they are of and have the same integrity and respect for the buyer that these good people do... then I feel that they deserve not only praise but also some type of company compensation because as a company, you are only as good as the people that represent you, and to your Springfield, mo. Location.. I say kudos... job well done... TJ was up front and honest with me and that made me feel better. They allowed me to drive multiple vehicles until I narrowed it down to two that I liked and was comfortable in. Then they set down and done the pricing to show me what payments would before, amount of money down and even helped me work that out. Great service and selection This dealership went above and beyond to get my new car that day. I was actually approved elsewhere but it was 5pm on Saturday and the other dealersh This dealership went above and beyond to get my new car that day. I was actually approved elsewhere but it was 5pm on Saturday and the other dealership told me i will have to return Monday. I live 80 miles away so as i left other place i went to never say no auto. They stayed with me until ALMOST 9pm getting me all paperwork done so i left with new car that day. Thats 3 hours past the closing time. That is great customer service skills and the warranty thats included is good as well. I will say they shoul offer perks like free oil changes or option to include sales tax in finance price. Overall i would recommend them to anyone. More
