This dealer is a big disorganized, I’m not happy and very disappointed. We made an appointment to drive the 3.5-4 hour trip to New Rochelle, followed up twice during the week to confirm our appointment to view the car, including on Friday—1 day before o the 3.5-4 hour trip to New Rochelle, followed up twice during the week to confirm our appointment to view the car, including on Friday—1 day before our appointment. We found a babysitter for our children, sacrificed opening day for hunting, drove 4 hours one way to New Rochelle from Utica NY only to be told they sold the car on Wednesday. Mind you, I had called on Friday to confirm our appointment to view the car. Then, they tried to offer a 2017 suburban with 12,000 more miles, bare tires/brakes for 40,000 and tried to call it a deal. It was in fact offensive. Their excuse to me was that their main phone number provided on all of their websites is a call center which is off-site and sometimes they have miscommunications. Not sure how a car sold on Wednesday wouldn’t be updated in the system by Friday. My hunch is that they knew they sold it and still wanted to get me to the dealership in hopes they could rush me into something else. I’m also not convinced the car never existed and they were actually just running an online scam in order to get people to visit their dealership. My feeling was that they were well versed in this situation. Total crooks in my opinion. So ultimately ended up wasting a lot of gas money and almost 8 hours of my life. More

I had a quote and was trying to buy a car from them. When I called back to purchase the car they tried to get out of the agreed price. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! CROOKS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! WENT TO SERVICE MY CHEVY ON 8/15/19 AND IT WAS AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! REQUESTED MAINTENANCE SERVICE WHICH INCLUDED AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION A WENT TO SERVICE MY CHEVY ON 8/15/19 AND IT WAS AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! REQUESTED MAINTENANCE SERVICE WHICH INCLUDED AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND MULTIPLE CHECKS OF THE VEHICLE. UPON WAITING OVER 3 HOURS THE SERVICE WRITER TOLD ME THE VEHICLE WAS READY. I INQUIRED IF THEY ROTATED MY TIRES WHICH I KNEW THEY DIDN'T CAUSE I HAD THE WHEEL LOCK IN MY POCKET , HE TOLD ME YES..... I ASKED HIM HOW DID YOU DO THAT WHEN I HAVE THE WHEEL LOCK KEY HE WAS SHOCKED!! THEN HE CALLED OVER THE MECHANIC AND ASKED HIM DID HE ROTATE MY TIRES AND HE SAID YES I DID. THE SERVICE WRITER ASKED HIM HOW WHEN THE OWNER HAS THE WHEEL LOCK KEY HE HAD THE OH xxxx LOOK ON HIS FACE. SMH!!! THE SERVICE WRITER TOLD HIM TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK INSIDE AND ROTATE THE TIRES WHICH TOOK ANOTHER 45 MINUTES ON TOP OF THE 3 HOURS I ALREADY WAITED!!! UPON GETTING MY VEHICLE BACK SOMETHING TOLD ME TO CHECK THE LUGS ON THE WHEELS AND GUESS WHAT THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THREE LUGS ON THE WHEELS!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! terrible, worst experience ever. Worst dealership ever, I brought my 2004 Pontiac for recall - they are nearest GM dealership to my home. And when i picked my car up i noticed that Worst dealership ever, I brought my 2004 Pontiac for recall - they are nearest GM dealership to my home. And when i picked my car up i noticed that air-conditioner is not working (it worked perfectly well when i drop my car off). I tried to complain but their answer always was that i do not have proofs and generally my car is old. When i asked what proof they want to see they declined to answer and ask me to pay money for repair. Do not use this dealership it's a scam. I suspect that they try to avenge me because i did not buy car from them this year and purchased it from different dealership. If i could give 0 stars i would do it. What i regret now besides bringing my car to them for recall is that i did not report them to police the same day that i got my car back . More
