Bait and Scam Went there . Took a test drive on a used Highlander they offered to me for $14,441.00. Called to confirm and went back 2 days later. They said they m Went there . He was very patient in showing us around and answered our questions politely. He was honest and direct. He said that there are no fees which was one of our criteria in selecting which dealership we are going to deal with. Although New Rochelle was the 2nd stop we had, this was the place where we sealed the deal. Went there Saturday February 8, test drive the car the next day and went home with the car on Monday 02/10/2020. Mr. Parks also gave us a reminder that the Rav 4 uses 87 gasoline which is awesome. Totally unethical to seniors and veterans I would warn anyone thinking of buying a Toyota from these guys to go elsewhere. They tried to sell me a car I did not want. They said they would refund my money, but to date , after six weeks they have not refunded anything. Totally unethical business behavior by a number of these employees. However when I got there I dealt with Roland Riley, He was so unprofessional to say the least he looked as he didn't want to be there and didn't care about the customers wants, tapping the desk with his finger after I asked him a question and his response was that I didn't need to know that since I'm not in the car business. At that point I was done I've never been treated that way in New Rochelle Toyota. I almost gave up on toyota but decided to go back the next day since I've been with them for the past 10 years. I was greeted by Mehmet, from there on it was a great experience! I got the car I wanted, the price I wanted all with a great smile from Mehmet. Mehmet was very professional and personable. My brother in law is looking into getting a toyota for his next car and I highly recommended Mehmet. More
