Above and beyond service! Highly recommend. Our Prius broke down about an hour into a seven hour drive to New Hampshire. Luckily, we were close to New Rochelle Toyota. Right from the get go, we were greeted by helpful and capable staff, who had our best interest at heart. We were fortunate enough to meet with Will in the service department, who went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to help us out. Through the entire repair process, Will made sure that we were clearly informed with what was going on, and answered all of our may questions. He was kind, honest, and professional. I have never had such a positive experience involving car service/repairs. I would highly recommend New Rochelle Toyota to a friend! More

They overcharge for small jobs -like replacing a little bulb I went in for a NY State Inspection for 37 dollars. They purportedly found two corner lights (blinker lights out) 3 dollars per bulb. I went to Mavis immediately after, and they showed me how easy it is to change these bulbs, literally 10 seconds. So actually NeW Rochelle invites you in for an insepection, find something wrong and then overcharge. 6 months ago they wanted to charge me twice the amount that Mavis charges for an oil change. Luckily, I first inquired with Mavis and hed the job done there. New Rochelle Mavis, your go to place! More
