I typically decline the "opportunity" to get clear coat finish, extended warranties, etc. Some dealers don't take "no" for an answer, opting instead to deliver a hard sell. What a contrast at Newberg Chevy! NO upsell; just a pleasant transaction! I have already recommended this dealership to others, and plan to continue doing so. More

Problem Solved Owning my vehicle for just over 7 months I had a harmonic vibration noise coming from the passenger front of the vehicle. Taking it to the purchasing dealership 3 times, the problem was not solved, and even was told, "its a diesel, it is going to make noise". After consulting GM about the problem, I was told to find another dealership and get a second opinion. I chose Newberg because it was the next closest dealer to my route to work. After getting a consult and even a loaner car. The noise was quickly identified, by the very down to earth mechanics, as a loose inner fender panel. and solved. Thank you for helping me fix the annoying noise, and also for not insulting my knowledge as a 30 year veteran of the auto industry. More

It’s no Loren Berg Service was decent. Was able to keep my aftermarket rims, but not my sound system. My 08 G8 comes stock with premium sound but they’re keeping my sub Service was decent.
