I would have given the highest rating but…. I think it would be extremely helpful if the person that checks us in would ask for our GM Reward number. We have missed out on several years of rewa I think it would be extremely helpful if the person that checks us in would ask for our GM Reward number. We have missed out on several years of rewards due to this. We were under the assumption that this reward number was added to each and every service appointments, only to find out that this was not occurring. I ended up spending over 2 hours with GM Reward agent yesterday trying to figure out what we were missing! Needless to say, we missed out on nearly 4 years of GM reward points because GM Reward Helpdesk could only go back 90 days to fix any missing service calls! Totally frustrating not to mention disappointing! We have been going to Newman for our last 3 vehicles (equates to many many years of service) and for the amount of money we have paid out in service repairs to only receive points from a couple of oil changes is unacceptable.
