Both purchase and service departments are great to work with I recently leased a new Mini from Mini of Ann Arbor. She kept me apprised of the progress of the build, shipping and delivery. Prior to this lease, I had used the Mini of Ann Arbor service department for my wife's car and was quite happy with the service (and I'm almost never happy with dealer service, so this was a pleasant surprise). Couldn't recommend enough! Unfortunately I totaled my first Mini Cooper and honestly was not very excited about replacing it. However, everyone I encountered at this dealership truly went above and beyond to find me a car I would love! Diego was my sales consultant and he was very knowledgeable of all the cars on the lot, as well as different options to customize my car. Ultimately I found the perfect car, and now couldn't be happier! When I first drove the car home I noticed an unusual "rattling", I called the dealership and they were able to get me into the service station right away to take care of it. It took two trips to find the source of the noise, but everyone working at the service station were very friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to find the noise (a pesky piece of loose trim) and fix it up. Jason helped me out a lot during the service process and assured me that if I ran into any other problems to just give them a call and they'd fix it up. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend Mini of Ann Arbor enough! More

Always going the extra mile Very happy with Mini of AA! This is the second Mini we have purchased from them. Each time we had to bring our first one in either for maintenanc Very happy with Mini of AA! This is the second Mini we have purchased from them. Each time we had to bring our first one in either for maintenance or a small issue, it was always taken care of immediately. We were always offered alternative transportation for our troubles as we live about an hour away. We are always warmly greeted when we arrive and receive top-notch service. When the time came that we wanted a second Mini, Kristen went out of her way to help us find exactly what we wanted. We had to wait a bit but she didn’t forget about us and when the timing/deal was right she immediately called us to see if we were ready. I’m so glad we didn’t get lost in the shuffle and she followed up with us right away. She saved us a lot of money and we got exactly what we wanted. I would absolutely recommend working with Jesse solely because he was never pushy and never resorted to the exhausting and insulting sales tactics I have experienced elsewhere. His willingness to get the sale price as close to my target budget was icing on the cake! Although I ultimately ended up going to another dealership to purchase a vehicle that was a better match for my needs, I definitely hope to bring my business to Jesse and the rest of the team at MINI of Ann Arbor for my next purchase! I spoke with Jesse briefly about our needs and what we saw online and if it was still available, which it was. We were able to make it out to Ann Arbor from Detroit and he made sure we were able to see and test drive the car. Jesse was very helpful with questions and made us both feel very comfortable through the test drive all the way to leaving with the car the same day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, made sure we were updated through the entire process, and even with a few curve balls he was able to get us out and on the road with our new Mini Countryman reasonably quick and painless. Our experience was top notch and would highly recommend both Jesse and Mini of Ann Arbor. We look forward to working with them through our ownership and in the future as well! More
