Went here with cash. Fully intending to purchase a car FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I had been hit by a hit and run driver and had uninsured motorist insurance so i had cash from my insuance company. 14k to be exact. Was met by pork chop bob, who could not have looked more like a used car salesman if he tried.......i refer to him as pork chop bob because he was sporting an impressive set of pork chop side burns. I think I scared ol' pork chop when I first arrived on the lot because I told him i had a list of 5 vehicals i would like look at. I made SURE to explain to him that i did NOT INTEND TO TEST DRIVE ALL OF THEM. I told him this as I had already pretty much narrowed it down to 2 vehicals but was curious about the other 3.....pork chop just did not like that at all.. I think porkchop would have been much happier had I just asked him which car I should buy and left it at that.. So anyway, Pork chop found it necessary to point out to me that the loan i applied for, for a vehical i had been looking at previously (which had sold since i did not have money to put down on it at the time) "barely got approved" i guess I should have noticed porkys panties bunching up then but I didnt as The cars that I had planned on purchasing would require no loan.... so i blew his passive aggressive comment off and told him which car I was interested in. He got the plate and keys and off i went.... Apparently he was timing me. When i got back his first words were not, "howd you like the car" or anything like that. Nope, pork chops first words to me were "give me the keys" Then he proceeds to tell me that they have a 2 CAR TEST DRIVE LIMIT on this lot. At this point I begin to realize pork chops panties were in a bunch and decided to tell him, "Im not buying anything I cant test drive first" to this pork chops response was "you were gone 20 minutes!" Which was probably true but it was friday afternoon in downtown Nashville. The route i drove at any other time might have taken 10 minutes but because of traffic and lights it took longer. None of that really matters though as I am an over 50 male not some 20 year old kid out for a joy ride..... Kicker is .....i really liked the car I test drove..... I only wanted to look at one other vehical on the lot at that point to see if i might like it better. Since the car i drove was a sedan and the other car was an suv.... I had already pretty much made up my mind that i would purchase the honda if I didnt like the other vehical better.... But porkchop just wasnt having any of it.. Porkchop didnt want to make any money Apparently....Nor did he want to make his boss any money.... He began to argue with me when I told him that i was not some kid out for a joy ride and that I had actually intended to purchase a car from them... He continued chastizing me about the 20 minute test drive and it got to such a point of ridculousness that i just had to ask pork chop "are you seriously chastizing me for test driving a car?" With that, i told pork chop that i hope he felt empowered and that he wins, that I was leaving. I told him id happily spend my money anywhere OTHER THAN THERE. WELL.....pork chop changed his tune.... All of a sudden he was just "trying to help you because helping customers make decisions is part of my job" I could not help but laugh as i got in my rental car and drove away......... Im not sure what was up with ol pork chop..... i have my suspicions but it is pointeless to dwell on that really nasty experince. If you have a mind of your own and if you actually like to TEST DRIVE A VEHICAL BEFORE YOU BUY IT. (By test drive i dont mean down the street a block or two and back to the car lot how are you going to learn anything about a car like that????) This might not be the place for you. Then again, pork chop might have just been having a bad day???? Who knows. And frankly Who cares...... More

Never bothered to respond to me so I guess they are just too busy to sell cars. All of the "one star" ratings seem to be true, Next Ride Motors is an unreliable dealer. too busy to sell cars. All of the "one star" ratings seem to be true, Next Ride Motors is an unreliable dealer. More
Super nice folks. Could have had the car gassed up before I got there and then got half tank. They could have filled it in my opinion. Could have had the car gassed up before I got there and then got half tank. They could have filled it in my opinion. More
Never went to this dealership but had to even out the bs review. There is NO FRIGGEN WAY that "Maria Garcia" said the things this reviewer said. I met her and she was nothing but polite and professional. Ob review. There is NO FRIGGEN WAY that "Maria Garcia" said the things this reviewer said. Please don't believe the anonymous reviews and check them out for yourself. Thanks! More
I can’t recall a car purchase going so smoothly. Nice, friendly staff. No issues whatsoever. One of the few places we went where the cars actually looked like the online photos. friendly staff. BUYER BEWARE Test drove a bmw, after several phone calls agreed on price, went to finalize the deal. They wanted more than we agreed upon over the phone. Salesma Test drove a bmw, after several phone calls agreed on price, went to finalize the deal. They wanted more than we agreed upon over the phone. Salesman was very unprofessional even dropping the f bomb...very unprofessional and sketchy environment. Also papers laying out all over the floor with a previous customer's info who had walked out mad earlier in the day More
Racist and Crazy: BEWARE I went in earlier this week to buy a truck and the salesperson, Maria Garcia, causally dropped the n-word on me when talking about our previous Presid I went in earlier this week to buy a truck and the salesperson, Maria Garcia, causally dropped the n-word on me when talking about our previous President. Before I could say anything she said, “What you like him?... he wasn’t even born in this country, he was born in Kenya. He admitted it!”. I told her she had no right to talk to me or anyone this way. I said that word has so much history of hate and death, that no one should ever use it. I left as she kept rambling about how the country has changed and blah, blah, blah. Later that day she sent me a message on Facebook and I’ll just post the last part of it, “Obama is an xxx just like you! You are in the wrong state so move YOUR xxx back to CA and take all LEFTIES with you. WE ARE A RED STATE AN VERY PROUD OF IT…”. I suggest buying a vehicle from a less hateful place. More
VERY SHADY, DISHONEST DEALERSHIP BUYERS BEWARE!!! We bought a 2012 Audi A4 2.0T at the end of February 2018. Two months later, the car completely quit running. We had the computer s BUYERS BEWARE!!! We bought a 2012 Audi A4 2.0T at the end of February 2018. Two months later, the car completely quit running. We had the computer scanned and it showed that the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors needed replacing, so we did that. We also replaced the spark plugs. It would start, but sounded terrible so we did not try to drive it. We contacted Shane, one of the owners at Next Ride and he said to bring it in and HE would “make it right”. We rented a car hauler, and hauled it 3 hours back to Nashville. When we got there salesman Ron York told us that SHANE said the car needs a new engine had us test drive several cars to trade. We wasted over 2 hours then Ron tells us that Shane is ONLY willing to give us $5,000 for our car that we just paid him $14,000 for two months previously. That IS NOT “making it right”. SHANE SHAMANSUROV is NOT a man of his word. He was very nice in February when he was taking our $14,000, however a car should last more than 2 months. AND... when you tell someone to haul a car 3 hours and you will make it right, BE A MAN OF YOUR WORD and MAKE IT RIGHT. When we picked our car up today to haul it home Shane didn’t even have the common courtesy to show his face. Buyers do not waste your hard earned money with this sham of a car dealership. Buy from a reputable place. More
