Car is never ready in a timely manner. Never given a replacement without some difficulty, though warranty states I am entitled to one. Each of the staff at AutoNation East (44092) were very professional and easy to work with. Sales Associate Roland was particularly helpful in demonstrating how specific features work in the 2017 Mazda6 professional and easy to work with. After I bought the vehicle, staff have been super helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had regarding the electronics, or navigating the various software systems, etc. I love the car, and I appreciate the supportive staff at AutoNation East. We had a problem with our 2019 Ford escape. It had to do with the engine but it turned out was covered by the powertrain warranty. AutoNation Ford east was very quick in providing us with a loa It had to do with the engine but it turned out was covered by the powertrain warranty. AutoNation Ford east was very quick in providing us with a loaner car. Stephen Hill kept us up-to-date on the fixing of the problem. After we got the car back, another problem surfaced regarding the generator and battery. AutoNation Ford was quick to take care of that problem. Again, we were provided with a fully gassed up new loaner cars. We are very satisfied with the solution to the problems and with the quality of service AutoNation Ford gave us. More
I was having an issue with one of my windows that would not stay up when I tried to raise it. I was going to drop it off for repair but the service manager looked at it and re-calibrated the window for me not stay up when I tried to raise it. I was going to drop it off for repair but the service manager looked at it and re-calibrated the window for me within a couple of minutes. It was working perfectly. He noticed that the buttons to control the windows on the drivers door were worn and sharp so he had the buttons replaced under warranty in less than 1 hour. I was very satisfied after my service appointment. More
