I worked with Mike and John in December 2011 when I purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. The guys did a great job so I went back to Mike in February when I wanted to trade-in my 2009 Mercury Mariner that I ha purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. The guys did a great job so I went back to Mike in February when I wanted to trade-in my 2009 Mercury Mariner that I had purchased at Nick Mayer. Mike and John worked out a 24 month lease deal for me that gave me a well equipped 2012 MKX for only six dollars a month more than what I was paying on my Mariner. On another occasion when I went to the dealership to get the license plates installed on the MKX a strange thing occurred. The media system quit working. The cause for the problem was quickly diagnosed and because it was going to take about three hours to resolve the issue I was given an MKX loaner to use while my vehicle was being repaired. Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the service department rep that coordinated the repair or the tech that performed the work, but they did a great job. In short, the sales and service teams at Nick Mayer are superb. They go the extra mile for their clients and that's why I keep going back even though I live 40 miles from the dealership and could go to any number of closer dealers. More

I have always hated having to go purchase a new car. Nick Mayer Lincoln, and in particular the saleman Adam Figueroa, have changed my mind. I did not feel pressured the entire time I was there.
