I worked with Mike and John in December 2011 when I purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. The guys did a great job so I went back to Mike in February when I wanted to trade-in my 2009 Mercury Mariner that I ha purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. The guys did a great job so I went back to Mike in February when I wanted to trade-in my 2009 Mercury Mariner that I had purchased at Nick Mayer. Mike and John worked out a 24 month lease deal for me that gave me a well equipped 2012 MKX for only six dollars a month more than what I was paying on my Mariner. On another occasion when I went to the dealership to get the license plates installed on the MKX a strange thing occurred. The media system quit working. The cause for the problem was quickly diagnosed and because it was going to take about three hours to resolve the issue I was given an MKX loaner to use while my vehicle was being repaired. Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the service department rep that coordinated the repair or the tech that performed the work, but they did a great job. In short, the sales and service teams at Nick Mayer are superb. They go the extra mile for their clients and that's why I keep going back even though I live 40 miles from the dealership and could go to any number of closer dealers. More

Mike took a great deal of time to explain all of the new features on the MKZ. (We were trading in a 2009 MKZ but the new one had an improved audio and GPS system.) We've been using Nick Mayer's service department for almost ten years and that was the reason we first decided to buy from Nick Mayer. Our experience is that they truly care about their customers and we've recommended them to friends in the past. I have always hated having to go purchase a new car. Nick Mayer Lincoln, and in particular the saleman Adam Figueroa, have changed my mind. I did not feel pressured the entire time I was there. Purchased used car online, got a very good price and the follow-through after the sale was very good. Car was missing a few items which I noted upon delivery and contacted them immediately, they agreed wit follow-through after the sale was very good. I purchased and installed myself, took a while for them to refund me the cost of these items, but their first refund check never reached me and the general manager showed excellent service by contacting me by phone to make sure I had received the 2nd check. The sales people, finance manager and general manager were very friendly and courteous. If you are buying from Nick Mayer over the internet as I did, I highly recommend you hire an independent inspection service to make sure the car is in the condition they have described. My vehicle was not exactly in the condition they stated, although not misrepresented, as I don't believe they even realized the issues. Thankfully some of the flaws which they didn't catch are being covered by the manufacturer's warranty, just costing me some time and a few trips back and forth to my local dealer. All in all I am happy with the purchase and would do business with them again. More
