Purchased used car online, got a very good price and the follow-through after the sale was very good. Car was missing a few items which I noted upon delivery and contacted them immediately, they agreed wit follow-through after the sale was very good. I purchased and installed myself, took a while for them to refund me the cost of these items, but their first refund check never reached me and the general manager showed excellent service by contacting me by phone to make sure I had received the 2nd check. The sales people, finance manager and general manager were very friendly and courteous. If you are buying from Nick Mayer over the internet as I did, I highly recommend you hire an independent inspection service to make sure the car is in the condition they have described. My vehicle was not exactly in the condition they stated, although not misrepresented, as I don't believe they even realized the issues. Thankfully some of the flaws which they didn't catch are being covered by the manufacturer's warranty, just costing me some time and a few trips back and forth to my local dealer. All in all I am happy with the purchase and would do business with them again. More

I bought a used Jaguar from Nick Mayer Lincoln this summer. Before buying it, I took it to a mechanic who looked it over and said the pan gasket was leaking. So I told them and I said that I would bu summer. Before buying it, I took it to a mechanic who looked it over and said the pan gasket was leaking. So I told them and I said that I would buy it if you fixed the oil leak and a couple of other problems it had. I had the car for about a month and then noticed oil on my garage floor. So I took it back to them and they said that fixing this was not in the contract. I looked at the contract and sure enough it said "Service Transmission," not fix the oil leak. I overlooked this when I signed the contract. I specifically said fix the leak to them and they wrote it down as something different and I signed it, so now I was stuck because they said it was not in the contract to fix the leak. I cannot believe that they would do this to a customer. They were not even willing to discuss this, they just fluffed me off! More

It's the worse Car dealer to buy a Car from. I bought a 2003 Caddilac Deville from this dealer on the 24th of June 2010. It's now August 25th 2010 and i still don't have my Sale Car Tax of $716.00 from thi 2003 Caddilac Deville from this dealer on the 24th of June 2010. It's now August 25th 2010 and i still don't have my Sale Car Tax of $716.00 from this Company. They refuse to send this check to Virginia even my address in in Virginia. Then they came up with a story that the financing company wont let them. Which is a lie. Thinking about buying from this company? Think again. More
