Amazing service Hello there, I initially went to Roseville BMW to buy a BMW I3. On two different occasions the car that I reserved online was sold. I decided to go to meilo BMW and was driving my New car off the lot within 90 minutes. Since then the service has been absolutely amazing. There was a scratch or two that I noticed on the rear bumper, I called Nilo BMW and they told me to bring the car down for them to look at. After trying to touch up the bumper we agreed that it was not up to snuff. The way they resolved the issue for me was absolutely above and beyond what I expected. They gave me a loaner car and took my car to the body shop and have the entire bumper painted. Nate was my service technician who made the most of this possible along with Brandon my sales person Going forward I will only buy my cars from Neilo based on my recent experience. More

Niello Sacramento took the same info I gave the others and worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted on my terms. Judy and her Assistant DJ took great care of me, a few hiccups on their side yet they took ownership and made it right in my favor. Buying experience had pluses and minuses. We recently bought a new car here. The best part of the experience was the "BMW Genius" - a person who takes you on a test drive and "sells" the car f We recently bought a new car here. The best part of the experience was the "BMW Genius" - a person who takes you on a test drive and "sells" the car features. Greg was knowledgeable, has great people skills and obviously loves his job and product. Then you get handed over to the "deal" person. I was disappointed in that process - old-fashioned beating around the bush, wanting the buyer to negotiate against themselves, a ridiculously low trade-in offer, etc. I much prefer the way I bought my prior new car. The dealer emailed me an attractive offer with 24 hours to take or leave it. And then provided 7 years of excellent service at fair prices. I hope Niello BMW can now match that service experience. More
