When I arrived here, there was a product specialist as well as a sales associate that helped me. They worked well as a team and made sure that I understood the car I was purchasing. I have still had questions along the way (as I expected I would) and they have been more than patient with me in making sure to explain things and/or get answers I am looking for. Brandon listened to what we were looking for in a car, brought out a BMW X5 for us to look at and test drive. Two hours later, after also test driving an alternative, we were doing the paperwork to buy the X5. Best experience I've had at a car dealership, and I've had a few experiences I remember from dealers I'll never deal with again. Very impressed by the time Brandon took both before and after the sale to explain how everything worked, and on an X5, there are a lot of things to learn about the integration of all the systems and how you display and control the features. More
X5 Purchase Tony went out of his way to find me a car with the color and interior I wanted. There was only 1 and he brought it in from New Jersey. Bad Service When I arrived to the Fulton Avenue location I was not greeted professionally. The advisor Kerry Saunders did not treat me with courtesy or respect. When I spoke to explain my concern about my vehicle he interrupted me and said I'm not your advisor. Technically, he was for the day I came in because I received a email saying he was. He said sit in the lobby I will get to you with a careless rude tone of voice. I noticed when he finally talked to me about my vehicle concern, he told me I need to discuss this with another service advisor named Joe. This visit was totally unprofessional and disorganized. The loaner vehicle was dirty inside and out.i was not offered for it to be cleaned out. I ask and this guy named Chad said employees there are too busy to clean it. I felt like treatment was rude and careless. More
Made me feel welcomed and wanted. After going to several BMW dealers, and because I wasn't looking to buy a new M car or 7 series, I was made to feel like I wasn't worth the time. Contacted Niello re several CPO cars I liked in their inventory. I came by and was warmly welcomed and they had staged the cars in front like I was important to them. I purchased the CPO car from them and they made it easy and were fast to deliver. I will definitively come back when it is time to upgrade! More

Greg Melin spent over an hour going through features of the vehicle, which was extremely helpful! Great Service When I Just Popped In Late on a Saturday evening, I called about a car I had my eye on and spoke with Joseph. He confirmed the car had been sold. He said there was a comp Late on a Saturday evening, I called about a car I had my eye on and spoke with Joseph. He confirmed the car had been sold. He said there was a comparable car and asked if he could send me the link. He explained they had just received the car, so there were presently no pictures. With my permission, he immediately sent the link so I could at least review the specs. As of Sunday, there were still no pics, so my husband and I, with our 8 year old in tow, decided to pop in to take a look. Even though Joseph was not expecting us and the car was not ready for showing, Joseph and Brandon immediately got things moving. Within a reasonable time, I was able to see the car and test drive it. Joseph then got things moving along so we could make a deal. While the process took quite awhile, this was mostly due to me not giving them a heads up that I was coming in and wanting to view a car that was not ready to be viewed. However, Joseph and Brandon were constantly working with us, and during the times we had to wait, they were constantly letting us know what was going on. At one point, Joseph, who had gone to find the car, even called me to let me know the car was getting a quick wash so they could bring it out to me. I sincerely appreciate the good attitudes and work ethic shown by Joseph and Brandon, especially when my husband and I made it known that we were not the happiest consumers due to a deal that had fallen through at another dealership just the day before. We explained what had happened and how much of our time had been wasted, and Joseph took this to heart and really tried to make up for another dealership's folly. They also happily engaged with a very bored and antsy 8 year old who rearranged all their literature in the waiting area, among other things. I would recommend buying a car through Joseph to anyone. He was tolerant of grouchy customers (due to nothing he had done), attentive, and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. More
