We were very pleased with Mark’s professionalism and knowledge about the different Mini models. Mark made it easy to negotiate a fair price. He did not use high pressure sales tactics nor bring in a sales manager to try and close a deal. These are very annoying tactics used by many other dealers. Mark was a pleasure to work, great sense of humor and made our car buying experience pleasant. When we did return to the dealership to purchase the Mini Cooper Mark gave us a very thorough walk through on the operation of the car and the various features. This is our second experience in purchasing a car from Niello and equally pleasant. We don't remember the finance manager’s name but he was also a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained the various warranty options and provided examples of the cost to repair justifying the option we chose. Though we had no intention of buying an extended warranty we did do so because of his knowledge and comforting tactics. Thank you. More
I had a great experience at Niello Mini. Chris Padella was awesome. I had to come back for a little service on my mini and the person I dealt with in Service (I believe it was Cha Vang) was just a complet was awesome. If you EVER want to deal with a true professional, you need to visit with Mark Schutten at Niello MINI. Mark is not your average salesman (no disrespect to the average salesman out there....statistically need to visit with Mark Schutten at Niello MINI. Mark is not your average salesman (no disrespect to the average salesman out there....statistically someone has to be average or there would be no poor or high performers). Mark is a true professional. Mark is courteous, respectful, professional and has very quickly become a friend to me. I came into the dealership after first making phone contact with Dominic (excellent as well). I just wanted to touch bases and see what vehicles were available and what they would give me for my trade in. Mark really went to bat for me and got me the deal I wanted....in return, I got a new MINI and a new friend. I thought this would be the end of my car buying experience....BUT NO, it got better. While Mark was having the vehicle washed and filled with gas (Seriously cool of him), I met with Mia in financing (another great person). We chatted a little about add on options (Again, seriously....she is not pushy) and settled on what I wanted. BING-BAM-BOOM, I drove off the lot with a BIG smile on my face. Did I mention that all of this happened in less than an hour and after 6PM? I would not hesitate to send my friends, mother, grandmother or your grandmother to Niello to purchase a car. I would however ask that you ask for Mark because I know for sure he will treat you and your closest friends or relatives professionally at all times. More
