We were just "looking around" and thanks to super salesman Mark Schutten, who performed above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted for the car we wanted within the time frame we had availabl super salesman Mark Schutten, who performed above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted for the car we wanted within the time frame we had available, we arrived in time to pick up our granddaughter after school driving our new Countryman. Kudos also to Mia in Finance who crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's in record time. One of the best car-buying experiences we've had. More
Tim Orr was great, we ordered a 2013 Mini, came in just like we ordered, Tim kept us in the loop from the build to delivery at Niello, he also spent a few hours going over everything about the Mini with my like we ordered, Tim kept us in the loop from the build to delivery at Niello, he also spent a few hours going over everything about the Mini with my wife, (who is not a car person) he was very through, Highly recommond this dealer More

Went to this dealer a few weeks ago looking to buy a used mini. I saw one online and went in to take a look at it. I had cash in hand, although I am only 19. I was approached by a salesman and chatted him up mini. I saw one online and went in to take a look at it. I had cash in hand, although I am only 19. I was approached by a salesman and chatted him up about the car and other stuff, what I was looking for, why, etc. I explained to him I had the money, and would be buying a mini by Friday (it was a wednesday afternoon). He didn't seem very interested but I stayed and kept asking about the car, its options, etc. He took me inside and printed out the ad, and the carfax for it along with his card. He handed it to me, shook my hand and said have a nice day and walked away. All of this happening in probably less than 5 total minutes after I entered the property. I could not believe it. $20,000 in hand and he completely blew me off. I promptly turned around, took another quick look at the car and when I went to leave he was greeting another customer. Absolutely unbelievable, I explained to him in the next week I was buying a mini, and he said have a nice day and moved on. I will NEVER be returning to this dealership, and will NEVER recommend anyone else to this dealership in the future. I found a used one at Concord Acura and was driving my mini saturday morning. More
Our experience at niello WAS GREAT! Very polite and professional atmosphere! NOT PUSHY AT ALL ! Descent inventory to choose from.Facility very pleasing and clean! If you are looking for a good deal be professional atmosphere! NOT PUSHY AT ALL ! Descent inventory to choose from.Facility very pleasing and clean! If you are looking for a good deal be ready to ask the important questions! Rowland,Todd etc were VERY impressive in both product knowledge as well as their demeanor!! Niello was able to make our buying experience one that we wont soon forget!!! They totally put the wow factor in our purchase! They even managed to blow us away with the finance rate! Rowland is a pro! he took all the time necessary to show my wife how to sync up the bluetooth and o so much more.I have been in the automotive field for over 25 years, dealerships etc.I only wish that others would take notes on how these guys work! I will definately recommend niello to EVERYONE that i know! I came in expecting to have to make some sort of compromise to buy a used mini, HOWEVER we are now proud owners of a 2012 coopers s. WE LOVE IT !!! UBER fun. I STRONGLY recommend the HARMON KARDON !!!!! IT WILL go louder than needed while sounding incredibly clean, TRUST ME WITH THIS ONE!!!! NIELLO MINI GETS AN A+ !!!!!!!!! More

Everytime I have dropped my car off for maintenance service or repair, they have done a great job and helped the best they could. I have taken my Z4 twice for oil changes, once covered under BMW maintenance ($0 out of my pocket) once for $90 with coupon on their website. They do the usual inspection, top fluids (I think), fill tire pressure, and wash the car free. I also took it for some oil leaking once, headlamps not aligned, and brake rotor issues. All were fixed under warranty (certified pre-owned), sometimes free, sometimes $50 copay. Though their service is a bit slow (2hr+ oil changes), service once took 5 days to diagnose a problem, I don't mind as they provide a loaner if booked in advance, and I'd rather have the job done right than to have to keep coming back. I've been going to Chris for 2 years now and wish I could still go to him but I'm moving out of Sac. Hopefully I'll find another good BMW dealer like this. More
Walked through the showroom and "host" was too busy on computer to acknowledge me and the one salesman was with another customer. So I went to the parking lot, in/out of cars for 30 mins, still no help. So went back inside to grab brochures, "host" still playing on computer. I called the GM of the dealership who promptly called me back and was very nice and invited us back in. We went back to give them a second chance. While the GM was very nice, the head of the MINI sales was a bit of a slime. He met us when we went back, never apologized, took a phone call in the middle of our conversation, and then dropped a comment about our calling the GM. He obviously was not happy about that. He had his salesman help us out because as we began to ask questions it was very apparent he DIDN'T know about MINI's!!!!! Andrew, the salesman, who ended up helping us that day was very knowledgeable, personable, and was able to answer our questions. Unfortunately for them, Andrew's efforts aside, it was already too late. It just goes to show you, in a sales industry, one bad experience can spoil ever wanting to return. And we were ready to buy on the spot. We bought our MINI from another dealership nearby 2 days later. More
I went w/ my girlfriend to look at new 5 series sedans/wagons and X5s. her '02 325Ci is over 100k miles, plus she's getting a BIG dog (mastiff). Her 325Ci was purchased in Fresno b/c of the excelle sedans/wagons and X5s. her '02 325Ci is over 100k miles, plus she's getting a BIG dog (mastiff). Her 325Ci was purchased in Fresno b/c of the excellent cust service, especially compared to the condescending attitude she received from 3 Bay Area dealership's salesmen. We tried Niello to see if it was worth buying there for the shorter distance from home. Chris came out to help when we got to the lot, and was very pleasant but not helpful. My girlfriend's intention was to get information on the models to help her decision on which will be best for her dog, and based on the treatment from the staff she would decide whether to buy from Niello. Chris asked very early "where are you in the process" so it was obvious he wanted to know if she was buying right away. When we explained the situation, he was no longer interested in sticking around for questions, and politely gave his card, writing the bmw website address in case we had questions. Based on this, she will be going back to Fresno to buy her new 5 series, any future new car, and will continue recommending Fresno to family, friends, and coworkers. Niello lost a DEFINITE sale, and many more in the future. More
