Even after I was drawn to the dealership by the internet sales team baiting me with truck that they did not have on the lot. I emailed and spoke with Taylor and Dana from internet sales several times asking if the truck was actually there on the lot and they assured me it was. When I arrived I was told the truck just left and was being driven by a manager. The truck would be back in two days but of course it would not be in new condition at that time. Rolando showed me other "ready to roll" and I decided on a different vehicle. I felt I came out on top because I eventually decided on the truck I bought which I love. Don't get me wrong there was the initial lowball offer on my trade and the "let me talk to my manager" shenanigans that are just part of the deal when buying a car from a dealership. However, with live up to date sales information available right on your phone, doing a little research on your trade value and just paying attention you can still get a decent price. I never felt Rolando was lying and he wasn't pushy however, everyone in a dealership is there to make money. Every smile, hand shake and presently is/are purposeful attempts to lower your guard and get in your pocket. On to the finance guy. I have a credit score way above 800 and tick all the boxes lenders look for except for debt to income ratio maybe but that hasn't kept me from financing at exceptional rates on motorcycles, vehicles and my house in the past. I did an initial check via my credit monitoring site and a major lending site before I even went to the dealership and had an idea of what to expect as far as a rate. I had to ask the guy several times (I believe his name was Rick) what the rate was before he revealed a rate that was nearly double what I knew I could get. He started with a very rude take it or leave it attitude but after I walked out he began a barrage of “reevaluations” and phone calls to his supposed "friends in the lending industry" to get me a better deal. He even insulted me in the middle of the negotiation regarding my wife's income (even though she was not a co-signer) and repeating the fact over and over that two of the lenders he checked with wouldn't make the loan. I knew of course that there are several factors that contribute to why banks will not lend to someone and many of them have nothing to do with your credit worthiness. Rick used horribly transparent negotiation tactics that were both insulting and comical at the same time. In the end through a combination of reducing the rate and the price of the truck he got to a number that I could live with but was still about half a point higher than I later found out I could get. Do your homework on current interest rates and know where you are credit-wise before you walk into this place. Pay very close attention to your Retail sales contract. Specifically the actual cost breakdown (with interest rate) and the section on fees and amounts paid to others on your behalf. Everything you are actually being charged must be listed on this document. There will be a ton of documents to sign. Make sure you read and understand them. A good deal of the really pertinent information will be in bold print (thanks to consumer protection agency). For example they hard sell their Protection Plus Warranty. Ill let you Google that little gem on your own. Its sometimes called “etching” or “theft deterrent”. It is in my opinion worthless to the end user and a profit center for the dealership. I asked for it to be removed several times and it was not. I was told “we already put it on the car”, “it has to be on every vehicle we sell” and finally “we discounted the price of the vehicle for the cost”. None of this is true. I get that dealerships are not charities, they need to make money, but there is a right way to sell things and a wrong way. Beyer does it the wrong way. More
Horrible Experience I stppped into Beyer to look at a pre owned Jeep Rubicon. I left a small deposit and unfortunately due to issues with the vehicle. The problem w I stppped into Beyer to look at a pre owned Jeep Rubicon. I left a small deposit and unfortunately due to issues with the vehicle. The problem was when I purchased at Johnson Dodge the F&I mgr showed me that Beyer inflated my income on their credit check.ILLEGAL!!!! Manager Scott? Arrogant. Calls to Eric Arnold? Unreturned. Johnson was PERFECT and UPFRONT every step of the way. More
I Had A Wonderful Experience Leasing a New 2017 Jeep Patriot I had been looking to lease a 2017 cherry red Jeep Patriot for over 2 months and no matter where I went I was told they had none on site and was offer I had been looking to lease a 2017 cherry red Jeep Patriot for over 2 months and no matter where I went I was told they had none on site and was offered another color. Then, I met Joe Hanson at Beyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Morristown. He told me from the start that if he didn't have a red Patriot he would get one for me! What a wonderful experience-the whole process was easy, and between rebates and getting a great trade in value for my old car, I now have a beautiful red Jeep Patriot that I Love and can afford. Joe Hanson is the best! He is professional, patient, friendly and made me feel like family. Joe took the time to make sure I knew how everything in my Patriot worked and even connected the blue tooth with my phone. The whole Dealership is top notch! I highly recommend Joe Hanson for anyone interested in leasing or buying a new vehicle because he is amazing, He will walk you through the entire process step by step, quick and painless, and never will you feel pressured to make a quick decision! I tried to negotiate a fair price for a car with another dealer but they wanted to rip me off, so I turned to Beyer Jeep on a friend's suggestion. They not only brought in a car for me with the exact specs I wanted they gave me a fair price and no nonsense in discussing numbers. Pickup of the vehicle was quick and painless and took only 30-45 minutes. More

They took the time to see what I was looking for and offered me suggestions that gave me the best. Shocked for my price range. They did not try to pressure me into anything they just wanted me to find the right truck for me! That was by far the best experience I have had with a dealership and they will definitely see me again! More

average customer service I bought a used Honda even though this is a Jeep dealership. customer service was good up to when I was forced to pay for window etching that was don I bought a used Honda even though this is a Jeep dealership. customer service was good up to when I was forced to pay for window etching that was done to vehicle without my consent so I had to pay for it($200) and it took them 3 months to properly credit my credit card of a $400 deposit that I had made to reserve the car! That was pretty frustrating! Again I can't say anything about the dealership itself since I had a limited time with them and only purchased a used car although the price was good. More
THE WORST customer service The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had my Jeep towed in to fix the right-front wheel that had collapsed after hitting a curb afte The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had my Jeep towed in to fix the right-front wheel that had collapsed after hitting a curb after sliding on ice. My insurance company said it was covered under my collision policy. This was in mid-January 2016. Within a few days the insurance adjuster had authorized the repair; I had talked with Jeep and was assured that all they needed was in place. If that were only true! But no. Week after week of delay, delay, delay and excuses followed. I was calling almost every day to check the status and was being given the slow roll while nothing happened, no returned calls, and rude "customer service agents". It's now 5 weeks later and they still keep giving me excuses that don't make any sense. I finally actually went in to see what was going on for myself and was told they have all the parts and agreement on money with the insurance company. Nothing to hold up the repair was expressed. Yet, still today I'm not getting call backs after multiple messages to various people. I can't even justify giving Beyer a rating of "1" in this review, but that's as low as it goes. Stay away from this service department! More

It was $16000 repair, the oil leak remained present..... an other appointment and other $600. Oil still burns, leaks, other appointment....other issue. This is the 4th time I'm taking the car back since I have to wait for the existing oil to burn off, but it wold't since it's still leaking. The girls at the service desk extremely rood and states that they are working on the car right now, while I can see the can sitting in the lot. I've brought the car in 4 times and had to make all kind of arrangements for same issue and is still not fixed. The car was not repaired anywhere else but here. While it was Warner, they still had high standards now its just a scam to make you pay more and more for the same service. Car is still leaking oil More
