The Dealer who sold me the vehicle, Eduardo Villalona, went above and beyond to help resolve my issue in a timely manner. Eduardo was in frequent contact with me, saw the issue was a big inconvenience on me and went out of his way to help. I was imagining that I'd have to resolve the issue on my own but Eduardo took it upon himselve to do help. I really appreciate his service, and will be glad to reccomend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Let’s start two months ago when I first got a call from Jared, I did not have the time to stop by then but for two months Jared called me every week trying to get me in... talk about commitment! Finally I decided to give it a go and drove over 45 minutes to get there. This is where I met Steve the official sales man... I have been leasing cars since 2007 every three years I have to go through this process but this time around it was different... from the moment I walked in to the time when I signed on that dotted line I did not feel like a costumer but as a friend or family member. Steven had guided me through the process with care and an open mind adjusting to my always changing circumstances. I don’t come from money and as any person I tend to be hesitant when dealing with a large expense, Steven made the whole process enjoyable and somewhat fun... providing discounts, and working with my budget to reassuring me in the final offer...(did I say that Steve was the best deal offer out of five other Ford dealerships) as a prior All American Ford costumer where I always felt like that ordinary costumer just another number I could not be more satisfied with Beyer Ford, Steve and Jared where I felt like I belong as if I’m part of their family... Eduardo Villalona is one of the best we've worked with We had purchased a number of vehicles from this location when it was under the ownership of Warnock Automotive. Warnock went out of business, and dur We had purchased a number of vehicles from this location when it was under the ownership of Warnock Automotive. Warnock went out of business, and during their last days caused a lot of customers to be dissatisfied with the lack of response and service. Despite the fact that the dealership had been taken over by Beyer, we were hesitant to return to the location for future purchases and service. We decided to give Beyer a shot, and we are pleased to here give them our two thumbs up! Eddie (Eduardo Villalona) was great. He stayed with us throughout the process, and continues to be available for any questions we might have with our recent purchase. This level of service is uncommon in the industry, at least as far as our experience goes, and we do have a great deal of experience as we've purchased new and used vehicles from 14 different dealerships over the years. Beyer seems to be top shelf. We're looking forward to a similar experience with their service department. More
