my 75 year old mom ripped off for $6300 My 75 year old Mom bought a new car for the 1st time in her life recently. She was coerced into leasing it which is completely not what she wanted bu My 75 year old Mom bought a new car for the 1st time in her life recently. She was coerced into leasing it which is completely not what she wanted but trusted them and she put $6300 down. 2 days later once I told her that was a mistake she went back and bought the car outright. Well that $6300 she put down is gone! I spoke to the sales mgr and the arrogance was unbelievable. He basically said that it’s not their job to think for customers or to warn them they are making a mistake and losing money. Can you believe that? So I said to him what if I walked in and said I want to pay 10k over sticker price what would you say and he said “I would take your money and not ask questions…I make money from commissions and it’s not my job to think for you”. This is a typical car dealership nightmare scam and because my 75 year old mom was confused they took advantage of her. It’s disgusting. Update- I would like to report that I did not give the owner a fair amount of time to respond to this situation initially and he has contacted me and is currently looking at what happened. I appreciate his concern for the situation. More

Great sales rep but bad business Ed Diaz was a great sales rep. However the vehicle I received was crap n ran down. Plus they still haven't paid off my trade in and it has now been a month. I complained about this suv and another was resolved. What did I expect? I expected them to lower the price of a better conditioned suv, use their discount, and subtract their commission. But this was not done, they basically sent me on way saying I was stuck with the broken suv, that needed a tune up, brakes, a new battery, coolant or something for the AC, plus belts. To top it all, I found a sneaker under one of the seats. My experience was terrible and their reaction to my complaint didn't make matters better. More
