I came in with a true car price and they beat it by a very large margin! My wife was with me and is recovering from a surgical procedure, Ed was sensitive to her needs, bringing her a variety of refreshments and continually inquiring about her needs as well.,it was far and beyond the most pleasant car buying experience ever! Newton KIA Took a trade in from us - but has NOT PAID it off I have had a TERRIBLE experience with the Newton KIA dealer. We traded in a 2013 Dodge Dart as part of the deal to lease a new KIA Forte for my daught I have had a TERRIBLE experience with the Newton KIA dealer. We traded in a 2013 Dodge Dart as part of the deal to lease a new KIA Forte for my daughter. This transaction occurred on 01/25/2016. The Dodge Dart was financed through Ally Financial. Here it is the end of MARCH (03/30/2016) and Newton KIA still has not paid off the car we traded in. Worse - when calling and talking to the sales representative, Raul Pastrana, he is indicating that he is simply the middle man and can only pass the information on!?!? He acted like he was our best friend during the sales process - but he surely is NOT helping us now. We have called the dealership multiple times to get this resolved and I have only one recourse at this point - and that is to place a 'Special Civil' case with the NJ Court to try to get this rectified. To be clear - I have a signed contract with them that acknowledges the trade in (2013 Dodge Dart) - yet they have not paid it off. I have also contacted the BBB and filed a formal complaint. This is a shoddy dealership that cannot be trusted. I DO NOT recommend them at all. More
