Nelson was very patient with me and proactive. He was always on top of the situation, and was just a call, email, or text away. I was undecided about financing, leasing, or keeping my older, yet perfectly fine Kia. In the end, the amount of features in the new Optima, along with the prospect of having a brand new car, along with Nelson's help, put me in the new car. This dealership and Kia are very lucky to have Nelson on their team. My experience with the finance rep, Ron, was also very favorable. He's a nice, friendly guy, and then I began negotiating with the sales manager Sasha. I was not ready to commit to a purchase on the spot, so I went home to think it over. The next day, Nelson contacted me for follow-up. He was also very friendly. We spoke back and forth for a bit, and I decided to go into the dealership to finalize a deal. I highly recommend Nelson. We met Nelson at Newton Kia and he was a very genuine sales person, he helped us locate the vehicles we wanted to test drive and was not overbearing or trying to redirect us to buy something else we didn't have interest in at any point in the interaction. I must say the Kia I found very impressive, as far as the quality of the drive as well as all the extras that came with the vehicle.
