Nelson did what no other dealership could do. I went into Kia with zero hope. The lease on my Hyundai was up and the dealership that I leased it from wasn't able to get a bank to finance me buying I went into Kia with zero hope. The lease on my Hyundai was up and the dealership that I leased it from wasn't able to get a bank to finance me buying it and couldn't lease me another. As a single mom living off of one salary, I was terrified. I obviously need a car to get to work, and I had no idea what I was going to do. Nelson refused to let me leave there without finding a solution to my problem. And somehow, he did what no other dealership could do!! Within a short period of time he had my car washed and I was signing the papers to buy my car!!! I can't ever thank him enough. He truly went above and beyond for me, and I can tell that with the passion that he has for what he does, that he goes above and beyond for every customer that sits at his desk.
