Left the car overnight and after calling them the next afternoon, they advised they could only do 1 recall because they didn't have the parts. I gave them a week notice and they didn't prepare to fix a recall!? I went to pick up the car before the service station closed at 5:30pm. They had someone taking the money but no one to talk to about the other repairs. I ask the person behind the counter if the ABS was still working because the sensor was bad and he said he believed it was. I became very frustrated because he guessed and didn't really know if it was or wasn't. I insisted to speak to someone who could tell me. He called his manager on the phone who advised it was not working. Conflicting statements. Then they wanted me to make another appointment to fix the other recall...which is why I specifically called a week in advance to make the appointment. I also needed an alignment and when they called in the afternoon was told my tires were bad, that I should have them replaced and that would take care of the alignment. After leaving, we looked over all the paperwork and saw a statement on there saying "Car should not be driven off lot" which was not communicated to us either. I'm guessing that it was because the belt on the tire was exposed but I had to figure that out myself. We were told the manager was going to call us the next day but he did not call until after the weekend. It wasn't even the manager, who called...had a worker call to tell us that the manager asked him to call to advise they do not want us to bring the car back to them for service. Don't worry....I won't be taking my car back to them ever. More

Amazing all around I went into the dealership with my fiance after suggestions from many people. Tires for Life Rip Off We purchased our new Kia Optima 6/30/2012 brand new. One of the reasons we chose Newton Kia was that they were offering "tires for life". We faithfull We purchased our new Kia Optima 6/30/2012 brand new. One of the reasons we chose Newton Kia was that they were offering "tires for life". We faithfully brought the car in for all oil changes & recommended services following the warranty. On 1/23/15 we brought the car in for 45,000 service and were informed that the tires needed to be replaced. Victor from the service area told us at the time we went to pick up the car they could not honor "tires for life" & to talk to manager Herb. Herb told us the dealership had been sold but kept the same name. He refused to help us out instead we should go talk to the Mercedes Benz dealer up the road. He said it was a Dealership offer not Kia. Since we had planned on buying a Kia Sorento we were so disgusted & felt cheated, we could not buy from Newton Kia again. We went with a Subaru Forester instead. Subaru was more than happy for our business. By the way-Newton Kia has moved again to RT 94 in front of Walmart. Wonder if Dealership was sold as its still Newton Kia. Buyer beware! More

Two cars in ONE week. We are never amazed at the quality of service that we receive from Newton Kia, which always brings us back. We decided that living in NJ requires AWD.
